What currency is the payment withdrawn?
Payments are made in US Dollars. If your card is in another currency – an automatic conversion will be made at the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
What speed of the internet is enough for viewing?
For comfortable viewing of the TV you will have enough speed from 8 to 10 megabits per second. In order to check your connection speed – you can use the SpeedTest service
Can I get a refund if I change my mind to use the services?
The money you paid for the subscription can only be returned if our service is not possible. In all other cases, the funds are not returned. We provide the opportunity to get 5 days free of charge to make sure that the service is suitable for you and only after that – you buy a subscription.
How does subscription work?
Subscription is paid for a certain period (month or year) for access to all Mediacast services which provides for automatic withdrawal of membership fees at the beginning of the next service delivery period.
